Toremar's STELIO MONTOMOLI ferry services routes between Tuscany and the Tuscan Archipelago. The biggest ship in the fleet, AETHALIA reaches speeds of up to 18 knots and offers a host of onboard services, including a bar, air conditioning, lifts for disabled passengers, videogames, a sun deck and children's play area. The ship was refitted and renovated in November 2012. The integral refit covered everything from improving structural aspects relating to the hull, stability and safety, to a full revamp of the interiors. Not only were the spaces redimensioned, but the furnishings were also reupholstered and ergonomically improved. The lighting was also updated for greater passenger comfort.
