It looks likes there was issues that some flash games from the ruffle player with some files appear may be not loading the part of the files or the game may appear to be broken or lockup.
However, the issue to this game that the book section appears that was missing one of the Elmo’s voice clips from this flash game. “First, choose the book you want to make with Elmo.” does not appears to load in the game. And once you click on the book, the game attempts to be unresponsive that some of the Elmo’s voice clips files that the game was unable to load to appear the game to be frozen.
However, Ruffle player with some flash games may not been loading correctly, but the reasons that the ActionScript Support Limitations and it has robust support for ActionScript 1 and 2, but ActionScript 3 support is incomplete. the site has some old Sesame Street Flash Games with Ruffle Incompatible with a latest older browser for Basilisk browser is recommended.
