So it seems whatever's infecting our site is being a jerk and throwing index files in every directory that exists and it's effecting many other sites. Since there's no end in sight, I've declared a state of Payon Law. If the situation is not remedied by 18:00 hours tomorrow (which it won't), this will be escalated to a state of Coryal Law.
