Like the first given link explains, this is from a future episode.
So, the blonde girl and a few others shot Edd's ass with darts, causing him to get extremely high and waking up in a world where doing the Nyan Nyan dance is a primary objective, while he's drooling handsomely on the floor in real life.
But the animation is actually about the black haired girl trying to molest Eddy.
I originally finished this piece in June, last year.
It's easy to notice, since all the characters have very long bodies. I liked bodies back then.
