When I read about the contest, I just had to make this. It's a short Flash loop of Roll Caskett and MegaMan Volnutt as Steve and Doug Butabi, respectively, in the Flutter. I mashed together the support car theme from Mega Man Legends and "What is Love" by Haddaway into one song for this very occasion.
